MMS POSTCARD TERMS & CONDITIONS (“PROMOTION”)
- By participating in this Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27190-A) shall hereinafter refer to as “Celcom”.
- By participating in this Promotion you shall also be subject to the General Terms & Conditions (which includes terms and conditions for Website Use,and Privacy Statement and the Agreement for Celcom Service) including without limitation Postpaid Service or Prepaid Service, which may be updated by Celcom from time to time. The current version of all these terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at http://www.celcom.com.my
- This Promotion is only open registered Celcom’s prepaid and postpaid new and existing customers.
- Under this Promotion, you need to capture any photo and select MMS menu under your mobile devices. You have to type your messages and the intended recipients name, address, postcode; you undertake that the information of the intended recipient is accurate.
- Your text message and MMS will be converted into postcard and will be sent to the Pos (M) Sdn Bhd for delivery;
- Celcom does not guarantee the successful delivery of the messages to the intended recipients;
- Once you have filled in the necessary information, you must send to the assigned shortcode at 2XXXX.
- You are also subjected to terms and conditions of Pos (M) Sdn Bhd (“PMB”) on the delivery and printing of the postcards as per Appendix 1 below. Please refer to Pos (M) Sdn Bhd website for detail terms and conditions.
- Celcom’s decision on the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. You acknowledged and agree that Celcom reserves the rights to reject and deny any request made by you if you are in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion.
- Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.
- Celcom shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.
- Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/ or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the customers and the customers agree to be bound by those amendments and changes.

Guarantee limits to the promised service standard only. Sender will receive free a new Pos Ekspres envelope if the promised service standard not performed.
Pos Ekspres Delivery Procedures
- Deliver to the address written on the envelope.
- Recepient signature is not required.
Condition for Guarantee Next Day Delivery
- Items addressed to Pos Ekspres Delivery Zone only (Zone A)
- Guaranteed delivery day does not include non working day
